Question: Will it work with extra large dildos?

Answer: Hello, the power plug is a standard US Plug, it has three prongs. If your delivery area is Europe, we will send a plug suitable for use in Europe. 

Question: how long is the power cord???

Answer: The power cord consists of 2 parts. From the wall plug to the power converter is around 3 feet. The cord from the power converter to the machine is probably 6 feet. So overall I guess 9 or 10 feet.

Question: is the speed adjustable?

Answer: Yes. From very slow to very fast. And the nice thing is the increase is very steady and controlled by remote that has a long cord.

Question: What do i need to buy for immediate use.

Answer: You don\'t need purchase extra attachment for immediate use, it come with a dildo.

Question: Does it come with remote controller?

Answer: The APP Edition will come with a remote, and the chip intergrated in the speed controller box.

Answer: The Motor don\'t need to be oiled, just oil the sliding rail every three month with Mechanical grease.

Answer: it could be your controller I\'ve heard of failures you may need to contact customer support and get a new speed control box. mines still banging away.

Question: does the motor have enough torque to overcome a lot of resistance force?

Answer: You can stall the motor if you\'re going very slow but if you speeded up a very little bit it will not stall. Very easy to figure out but it works great.

Question: What\'s the minimum and maximum RPM\'s?

Answer: As slow as you want, and faster than any human can go in and out. The girl is about to replace me with it!

Question: If shipped to Canada, what does it say on the customs paper?

Answer: I think it would say something about health and wellness. I\'m not sure but should match the category in which is listed. What are you worried about customs for? I\'m sure you\'ll never meet the agent that checks it in. And I hope he doesn\'t steal it for his own girlfriend.

Question: Is the free installation version ready to use out the box?

Answer: No you have to put it together but it is very simple. Well at least it was for me 6 pieces to assemble the stand and 1 driving shaft. You have a total of two Allen screws. And one that is tightened with your hand very simple. Well worth the time you take.

Answer: At a slow speed I don\'t think so. fast speed you are a lucky person... Congratulations you wore it out hope it is still under warrantee.

Question: if I wanted to use this with girlfriend bent over 30" bed would I have to put the machine on something, since machine is only 17.7"?

Answer: You can put the machine on the bed, and it can be adjusted within a certain range at will.
